Whole Church Security - The Guardians

The Guardians are a dedicated security team made up of experienced men and women who are committed to ensuring the safety and security of the church community. With a focus on vigilance and preparedness, they work together to monitor the premises, respond swiftly to any potential threats, and create a safe environment for all members. Their presence provides peace of mind, allowing worshippers and staff to focus on their spiritual needs, knowing that experienced professionals are looking out for their well-being.

We use  a state-of-the-art secure check-in and check-out system to ensure the safety of children in its care. Upon arrival, parents or guardians check in their children using a digital system that generates a unique identification tag for each child, which is linked to the guardian’s contact information. The check-in process is overseen by a trained check-in team, who work closely with the church's Guardians security team to monitor and verify all entries and exits. When it’s time for pick-up, the same secure process is followed: only the designated guardian, with the matching ID tag, can retrieve the child. This robust system, supported by both the check-in team and Guardians security, ensures that children are protected and only released to authorized individuals, providing peace of mind for families.

In addition, each member of our children's team undergoes a thorough background check to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our care. In addition, all team members are required to have been dedicated to the church for a specific amount of time before they are eligible to serve. This ensures that those entrusted with your child’s care are not only qualified but also deeply committed to the church community. Our children's team follows strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and attention.
